The conclusion of a training course entitled "Negotiation and persuasion skills" for the branches of Irbid, Ajloun and Mafraq.
JRC has completed the training courses on "Negotiation and Persuasion Skills" for the branches of Irbid, Ajloun and Mafraq. Fifteen participants completed the course.
The courses, which lasted three days, dealt with the art of how to deal with others in a voluntary work setting, and provided participants with modern negotiation and persuasion strategies based on theories of modern management, logic and interpretation. Participants were instructed in the skills of negotiation and effective persuasion through activities and practical application of skills and strategies. Negotiation techniques and rehtoric were also covered in the course syllabus.
